CSRS has an immediate opening for a civil engineering Project Manager with equivalent experience, specializing in land development-specific projects. The ideal candidate would have experience with managing projects, client communication, staff and business development as well as the ability to plan, design and coordinate projects beginning through completion.
As a Project Manager, you will represent CSRS in all communications with the client from initiation through the entire course of the project including closeout. You will be responsible for managing CSRS projects in its entirety as well as all details involved. Emphasis of civil engineering experience and knowledge is expected to be in site development, grading, utilities, and drainage design.
The Deputy Director of Program Delivery (DDPD) will report to the Director of Program Delivery and shall be responsible for facilitating the success of multiple programs, projects and teams. In this role, the DDPD will be responsible for managing all aspects of program delivery for assigned programs. The DDPD will provide leadership and overall management of project work streams related to the market sectors playing both a leadership and individual contributor role as necessary. This position will be located in our Dallas, TX office.

Candidates should have experience managing educational facilities or equivalent experience in architectural projects for higher education and K12 institutions. The PM will communicate with the client, staff and perform business development. Responsibilities are shown below, but also include planning, programming, design, construction, closeout and warranty phases of a project. We prefer a candidate with a B.S. in Architecture or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
A Survey Technician contains versatile skills related to both in-office processes and fundamental field operations. The individual in this position will provide office support to field Party Chiefs, aid in CAD Technician processes and have a basic understanding of project management. The Survey Technician will also perform the basic roles as a field Party Chief and have knowledge of the principles of the profession and various technical standards. Specific project elements will further describe the requirements related to this position.
