GIS Analyst - Lead

CSRS is seeking a talented and highly motivated professional to serve as a GIS Analyst Lead. Primary role will be ability to liaison with counterparts, interpret business requirements as analytical steps, ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information, analyze it under the constraints of the problem at hand and provide reports/presentations that drive answers to business questions. Role will also include standards and procedures development/refinement, mentoring/training staff with GIS software and methods, and quality control and assurance of group products.

CDBG - DR Policy Specialist - PS

CSRS is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated professional with knowledge and expertise in the administration of Community Development Block Grants – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds to support post-disaster recovery efforts. The CDBG-DR Policy Specialist (PS) is responsible for managing strategy and projects funded by CDBG-DR under the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and coordinating with other applicable Federal disaster recovery programs. The PS will work with state and local grantees in the administration and implementation of those funds. The PS performs a broad range of tasks with the focus of maintaining oversight and effective implementation of disaster recovery programs and projects. The PS will serve an expert on policy and regulatory issues, developing written materials, overseeing staff, providing training and technical assistance, and working directly with the client to provide advisory/consulting services.

Civil Engineer - Land Development

CSRS is seeking a Civil Engineer Intern to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to be responsible for planning, design, permitting, preparation of specifications, sewer design, stormwater calculations, and technical reports for a variety of land development projects. Engineers will be able to see projects from initial concept through completion.
