Ed Jenkins has 20 years of design and project management experience in facilities projects. He has managed hundreds of projects through the programming, design, bidding, construction administration, closeout and warranty phases. His experience also includes facility assessments, design management, school design, master planning, detailed plan reviews and community engagement.
For 6 years, he served as a Project Manager for K12 projects in the Dallas, Texas, market before returning to Baton Rouge. His past roles at CSRS have included Program Director for the Louisiana Community & Technical College Acts 391 and Act 360 programs. He recently served as Program Director for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System’s Capital Improvement Program and its $90+M FEMA-funded recovery program following Louisiana’s devastating August 2016 floods. He is responsible for overseeing project delivery, grants management, and on-time project delivery. Mr. Jenkins currently serves as CSRS’ Director of Program Delivery for Education Programs. He enjoys fishing and hunting and resides in Zachary, Louisiana, with his wife Dawn and their 4 daughters.
