Ed Jenkins has 21 years of project management experience in educational facilities projects. He has managed hundreds of projects through each phase of design, including construction contract administration, closeout and warranty phases. His experience also includes facility assessments, design management, master planning, detailed plan reviews and community engagement. For 6 years, he served as a Project Manager for K12 projects in the Dallas, Texas market before returning to Baton Rouge. His past roles at CSRS have included Program Director for the Louisiana Community & Technical College Acts 391 and Act 360 programs and Program Director for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System’s Capital Improvement Program and its $90+M FEMA-funded recovery program following Louisiana’s devastating August 2016 floods. Mr. Jenkins later held the role of Director of Program Delivery for Education Facilities Programs at CSRS. He currently manages CSRS’ Dallas Office, and is the Program Director for the Dallas County Community College District’s System-Wide Technology Upgrades and the New North Lake College Construction Technology Building.
