Since joining CSRS, Mr. Fitch has been a part of growing the diversity of clients for the Real Estate Development market. He has been instrumental in increasing and evolving our role with longstanding clients, such as Raising Canes. Mr. Fitch understands the intricacies of the development business. His experience makes him uniquely qualified to counsel our clients in matters pertaining to pre-development due diligence, financing, design, construction, and post-development turnover and operations. His list of development clients, architects, and contractors allows him to collaborate on some of the most high-profile development projects in the State of Louisiana.

Prior to CSRS, Mr. Fitch owned and operated Fitch Development, LLC, was a partner with Vision City Development Group, and served as the Vice President of Development for Cyntreniks. These entities are highly-specialized and focused on niche real estate development projects and historic restoration.
