Christopher J. Pellegrin, AIA is a Principal at CSRS. He participates directly as Principal-in-Charge on many of the firm’s project assignments for both the public and private markets. His focus over the past 27 years has been on the educational market sector in both K-12 and higher education facilities.

Mr. Pellegrin’s experience includes facility condition assessments, master planning, program setup, architectural programming, public financing, and community outreach for capital improvement programs. Programs successfully managed under Mr. Pellegrin’s direction include new construction and additions/renovations to educational, commercial, and governmental facilities, as well as transportation, recreational, entertainment, and postal buildings.
