Travis Woodard, PE
Travis Woodard is a licensed civil engineer with fourteen years of experience in leading and developing the firm’s technical teams. He is one of CSRS’ Principals and leads major infrastructure and development projects. His experience ranges from multi-year capital improvement programs to greenfield distribution centers to 100+acre mixed-use developments. His varied experience ensures that Travis is able to bring a well-rounded perspective to our clients’ challenges.
Mr. Woodard has a unique ability to tackle challenging new projects with ease. He has an abundance of expertise in planning large projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and modeling different financial and scheduling scenarios. As a result, Mr. Woodard has administered over $1.5 billion in capital programs across a broad spectrum of program and project types.
Mr. Woodard has led the CSRS land rights’ team since its inception. He has conducted relocation assistance programs on some of the largest projects performed in Louisiana. As a subject matter expert on the Uniform Act, Mr. Woodard has presented workshops at several regional conferences and provided training to local governments and consultants.
