With over 30 years of experience in landscape architecture, planning, and site design, Jeff has established a distinguished career guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects across a broad spectrum of scales. His deep expertise in master planning, land development, and site design is grounded in a commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to the distinct goals of each client and community.
As the Landscape Architecture Team Lead and Project Manager within CSRS's Planning and Resilience Practice, Jeff leads the design and execution of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and public facility developments. From concept through construction, he ensures that every project harmonizes functionality, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility—consistently elevating the built environment while meeting stakeholder expectations.
