Ed Jenkins, AIA, NCARB

Ed Jenkins has been a part of the CSRS team for more than 15 years. He is a Principal and Architect with over 20 years’ experience experience successfully managing programs and projects totaling over $1 billion throughout his decades in Program Management, Construction Management and Architecture. Some of his roles include Texas Regional Director, Dallas Office Lead, and Program Director. His responsibilities include client management, business development, and program delivery.
He served as the CSRS Program Director for the Louisiana Community & Technical College Acts 391 and Act 360 Facility Improvement Programs, the East Baton Rouge Parish School System’s Capital Improvement Program and its FEMA-funded recovery program following Louisiana’s devastating August 2016 floods, Dallas College System-Wide IT Upgrades, Dallas College North Lake Campus Construction Sciences Building and the CSRS Raising Cane’s Program.
Prior to joining CSRS in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he managed projects in Dallas, Texas at SHW Group Architects and later, RTKL Architects. While at SHW Group, he successfully managed K12 projects in McKinney ISD, Lewisville ISD, Highland Park ISD, Duncanville ISD and was the Project Manager for The Potter House’s Clay Academy. His projects at RTKL included The Hotel & Spa at Calloway Gardens (Pine Mountain, GA), Hyatt Hill Country Resort (San Antonio, TX), Sugarland Mall Phase 2 (Sugarland, TX), and ZOM Austin residential tower (Austin, TX).
Other management experience included managing residential acoustical enhancements as part of the expansion of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.
Ed is an alumnus of Southern University A&M College and the 2018 Leadership Louisiana class.
