CSRS played a pivotal role as the owners engineering representative, permitting lead, and lead designer for offsite traffic improvements associated with a prominent 100,000 square foot Amazon Distribution facility situated in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The scope of our involvement encompassed the design, permitting, and provision of construction administration support for a 0.5-mile, three-lane concrete roadway named Fieldstone Drive, as well as turning lane enhancements on Industriplex Blvd.

Working closely with the facility owner, CSRS meticulously planned and expedited the design and permitting process to ensure that the roadway improvements seamlessly aligned with the construction timeline of the distribution facility. Our objective was to ensure that the construction of the distribution building remained unaffected, while simultaneously ensuring the timely completion of the roadway improvements for use immediately following the completion of the distribution facility.
