In 2013, AIG hired CSRS to serve as its owner's representative to ensure that its needs as owner or lender always remain front and center during each development project's implementation. Our team uses knowledge and business acumen to help AIG make informed investments and decisions. We oversee the delivery of all project services to ensure AIG's best interests are always at the forefront. As the owner's representative, we use our reach and influence throughout every facet of each project, freeing up AIG's staff to focus on other business matters. Our multi-disciplined team of professionals keeps tabs on all the moving parts and pieces of AIG's many development projects across the country.  

The CSRS team provides consulting and advisory services to AIG, including evaluating, selecting, and acquiring sites, feasibility and environmental studies, facilitating public-private partnership, engineering, design, and construction process oversight, among other tasks required as needed. Every project carries its unique challenges, but our representation proves most valuable when analysis and guidance related to the design/construction of the building and detailed budget/legal analysis are required. 

To date, there has not been a project that hasn't required CSRS to interpret situational events and aid AIG in decision-making. Through thoroughness and determination to research, document, and assess events prior, during, and after construction, our team is able to confidently assist AIG in decisions that mitigate risk, foster relationships, and provide a high-quality, high-value product for the end-user.
