City of Lake Charles Government Advisory

CSRS was hired by the mayor of the City of Lake Charles to aid leaders with actions and ideas for operations and strategic thinking. An “On-Call” contract was negotiated and is in place with 24/7 availability to be used by the mayor and his senior staff as needed.

FIRM PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

CSRS serves as a resource to give advice, be a thought leader and consultant on all things dealing with the duties and responsibilities of being the CEO of a municipality. This includes interaction with the other political subdivisions surrounding the City of Lake Charles as well as state and federal governments. CSRS advises on governmental operations, economic development activities, and strategic thinking and planning.
