CSRS collaborates with McKissack & McKissack Program Management team, spearheading the delivery of over $150 million in transformative additions and renovations across 25 campuses for the Dallas Independent School District.
As part of the McKissack & McKissack Program Management team, CSRS is providing program management services for the delivery of more than $150 million in additions/renovations to 25 campuses for Dallas Independent School District and project management for 5 of the 25 schools.
Our scope of services includes program mobilization and set-up; design management including review/update of educational specifications and design standards, and assistance with pre-qualification/selection of A/Es; procurement and program delivery strategies; construction management; project controls and reporting; close-out, and post-construction management.
CSRS is providing project management for the design and construction of 5 addition/renovation schools in the 2020 DISD Bond Program, in addition to taking on the administrative roles of Program Director and Project Controls for the PMF team to manage the total 25 campuses.
