The University Club Plantation is a prestigious, master-planned community in Baton Rouge that features six distinct villages and over 690 residential lots clustered around a private 22-hole golf course on a 1,200-acre site. The project consisted of developing the raw sugar cane farmland into a new livable community.
CSRS was responsible for the master plan, design, surveying, wetlands and drainage design of over 5 miles of asphalt curb and gutter roadway for the residential community development. Services included land planning, preparation of Wetland Delineation Report, 404 permit application, boundary and topographic surveys, resubdivision of property, drainage master plan, the design of stormwater detention system, and all civil engineering. Currently, CSRS serves as the lead for Design Engineering and Project Management, overseeing construction, bidding, permitting, planning, and construction administration services.
