Recently — Donald Brinkman joined CSRS as new sector lead of Southwest Louisiana. With over 20 years of expertise in both the private and public sectors, he brings a focus on ports and municipal work to CSRS.
“We are beyond happy to welcome an asset such as Donald to the CSRS team,” said Tim Barfield, president of CSRS.
Brinkman has worked as the of director of engineering, planning and development for the city of Lake Charles and currently serves as the director of engineering, security, maintenance and development for Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District. As part of his new role, Brinkman will head up the business development efforts of the CSRS Lake Charles office.
