The Cortana Distribution Center received its certificate of occupancy on November 17, 2022. Consisting of 3,842,788 SF (total site: 97.03 acres), CSRS successfully coordinated and collaborated with consultant teams in Oregon, Texas, and Georgia to deliver this project. The project was delivered on schedule, as our team persevered through multiple factors, including the impacts of the pandemic, extreme weather, and other interruptions.
CSRS was instrumental in the following:
Demolishing the old Cortana Mall.
Surveying the abandoned mall to investigate columns.
Coordinating the search for a community time capsule buried beneath the mall.
Conducting site and civil services for one of the nation's latest and largest retailer distribution centers.
