CSRS Announces Two New Shareholders!


CSRS is pleased to announce that, as of July 1, 2018, Ed Jenkins and Mark Goodson are Shareholders of CSRS. We thank them for the energy, expertise, and contributions they bring to our firm, and we look forward to the impact and leadership they will provide for years to come.


Ed Jenkins has worked at CSRS for 12 years with 20 years of project management experience in educational facilities.  Mr. Jenkins most recently served as CSRS’s Director of Program Delivery for Education Programs with responsibilities that include client account management, program delivery, grants management oversight and ensuring under budget/on-time project delivery.  In the past, Mr. Jenkins served as Program Director for the Louisiana Community & Technical College Act 360 and Act 391 facilities improvements programs. Mr. Jenkins also served as Program Director for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System’s Capital Improvement Program and its FEMA-funded recovery program following Louisiana’s devastating August 2016 floods.


Mark Goodson joined CSRS as its Resilience Practice Lead, where he is adding to the firm’s strong reputation and core services by building a national resilience and mitigation practice focused on providing innovative solutions to help clients identify and manage risk. Mr. Goodson’s career spans over 13 years focusing on resilience, urban planning and redevelopment, finance, and program management. He is a representative in the 100 Resilient Cities organization, and CSRS is one of the organization’s platform partners.
