Stephanie Phillips Gros, P.E. joins CSRS as the new transportation market lead. Serving as the lead for more than 60 transportation projects throughout Louisiana, for both the private and public sector, Phillips brings a unique focus on all aspects of transportation, including road design, transportation planning, project management, traffic analysis, environmental analysis, roadway lighting, permitting, quality assurance and control review, and public/stakeholder outreach to CSRS.
“We are beyond happy to welcome an asset such as Stephanie to the CSRS team,” said Tim Barfield, president of CSRS.
Phillips previously worked as the transportation AVP for Buchart Horn, Inc. for over 11 years practicing all aspects of transportation. As part of her new role, Phillips will join the MOVEBR team in CSRS’ Baton Rouge office.
