James Andermann Joins Business Report's 40 Under 40


Congratulations to CSRS Principal and Chief Operating Officer James Andermann for being selected for Greater Baton Rouge Business Report's 40 under 40 Class of 2022. James Andermann has 14 years of experience in economic development surrounding revitalization, financial project planning, project management, and community coalition building. He has comprehensive knowledge and experience in providing high-quality redevelopment services for governmental and commercial clients. James Andermann's experience includes development initiatives coordination, project budget and schedule management, community-based initiatives, public-private partnership development, contract negotiations, and resettlement communities.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Serving as project manager to implement the late Davis Rhorer’s vision for the redesign of Downtown Baton Rouge’s North Boulevard Town Square.


• Playing a vital role in the resettlement of Isle de Jean Charles—a first-of-its-kind federally funded voluntary program led by the Louisiana Office of Community Development to provide options for residents to move to a safer and more sustainable community.


• Becoming a principal and chief operating officer at CSRS.


COMMUNITY:

Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent de Paul Baton Rouge, and Bishop Ott Sweet Dreams Shelter.
