Monsour Joins Fran U Board of Trustees


Walter Monsour, CSRS Vice President of Government Advisory Practice, was recently inducted into the Board of Trustees of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (Fran U). Dedicated to educating and forming Franciscan servant leaders of all faiths, Fran U aspires to be a premier Catholic University in the Gulf Coast region.


“I’m proud of Walter’s induction into the Fran U Board of Trustees and how it embodies one our core corporate values - engaging the community,” said Tim Barfield, President of CSRS.
